This saves our students time and money as one family can sign up for lessons on multiple instruments on the same day. We offer music lessons in guitar, bass, piano, voice, and drums to students of all ages and levels.

We are dedicated to providing quality instruction customized to the needs and goals of our students. All of our teachers have either University training, years of professional performance experience or both. In addition to their teaching credentials, our teachers have warm personalities, are extremely friendly and dedicated to teaching you the style of music that YOU want to learn in your music lesson.

Monday - Saturday. Additional times may be available upon request. We will work with you to set up a convenient lesson time.

Our clients enjoy a seated lounge with free Wi-Fi. We also provide observation windows on every door so that you can watch your child's lesson while you wait. Or if you prefer you can sit in on their lesson anytime you like.

Our rooms are stocked with everything you need for music lessons, including amps, stereos, drums, keyboards, guitars and more. Technology is also a big part of lessons at the North Bay School of Music (iPads, Laptops). This allows students to have a modern and engaging lesson using music teaching apps, music programs, recording software, and more. Feel free to "Bring Your Own Device" to your lesson in addition to your instrument! 

7. Conveniently located at Northgate Shopping Centre.

We're located on the 2nd Floor at the Northgate Mall (Unit 210). You can get errands done while you wait, pick up groceries, or grab a coffee from Tim Hortons. Having everything in one spot will save you time and gas!

8. FREE recitals and performance opportunities.

Recitals are a great way for students to showcase their skills and the progress they have made. Our recitals are always free and open to friends and family.

9. Awards and prizes to celebrate achievement.

Kids and teens love our Rockstar Rewards program. Stars can be earned and redeemed for cool prizes. Students are also awarded for reaching certain goals & milestones.

You can only get Rockstar Rewards here. We also specialize in music lessons for adults. We don't think learning music should be boring--it should be fun!

10. Make Up Classes.

Missed a lesson? Out of town? No problem. Just sign up for one of our group make-up classes (on Saturdays). They never expire, and you can come when it's convenient for you.

11. Month to Month lessons.

North Bay School of Music does not require semester minimums for lessons. Every student here is on a month-to-month basis.

If you are ready to start, you have nothing to lose as we only want students who truly want to be here and we will not commit you to a long term contract.
